How to Take theShape.

EVERYDAY FIBRE ROUTINE
Recommended use:
• 1 sachet daily

Preparation: Mix one sachet with 200 ml of cold water or cold tea and stir well. Drink immediately after preparation, before the mixture begins to thicken.

When to take: Approximately 30 minutes before a meal.

One sachet provides 6 g of pectin. Pectins contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 6 g of pectins.

First-time users: Start with ½ sachet daily and gradually increase the amount according to individual tolerance.
GLUCOMANNAN WEIGHT-LOSS ROUTINE*
Recommended use:
• 2 sachets daily, divided into 3 servings
• 1 serving = ⅔ sachet = 1 g glucomannan

Preparation: Divide the daily amount of two sachets into three equal servings of ⅔ sachet each. Mix each serving thoroughly with water and drink immediately after preparation.

When to take: Approximately 30 minutes before each of three meals, together with 1–2 glasses of water.

Warning: Always take each serving with plenty of water to ensure the product reaches the stomach. Risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or when taken with insufficient fluid.
