1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store ho-me-so.com, operated by DIVINE LAB d.o.o.. These terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union.

2. PRICES AND TAXES
All prices are listed in EUR or local currency (if selected by the visitor) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, or additional fees.
Important Notice:
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges. If the customer refuses to pay these charges:

- The package will be sent for destruction without the option for reshipping.
- The seller is not obligated to refund the purchase amount.
3. ORDER PROCESS
- Placing an Order:On the website, the customer selects the product and clicks on the “buy now” link. The system will redirect you to the shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping you can do so, but if you wish to complete your purchase, please fill in the billing and shipping details and select your payment method.On the website, in the top right-hand corner, there is a shopping basket icon, which (when clicked) shows the user the products they have added to their shopping basket while browsing the online shop. If the user wishes to remove a product from the shopping basket, he/she must click on the shopping basket icon and on the “remove” cross or, in the case of the “+” sign, increase or decrease the quantity of the products he/she wishes to order by clicking on the “+” or “-” sign.A Customer must provide the required contact details marked with a red asterisk (First Name, Last Name, Country/Region, Street address, Postcode/ZIP, Town/City, Phone and Email Address) which we need to confirm and complete your order and to deliver the product.
A Customer can review the delivery information provided, the payment method chosen and the contents of the shopping cart. If the Customer has chosen to pay by credit card, he/she must enter the credit card details, and if he/she has chosen to pay by PayPal, he/she must complete the purchase via the paypal process. The Customer confirms the order by clicking on the “Pay” button.
- Order Confirmation: The customer receives an email confirming the order.
- Dispatch: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

5. Delivery: Delivery is carried out by our partners: FedEx, DHL, Packeta, BRT, Pošta Slovenije, DPD. Delivery time depends on the recipient’s location.
Customers can create an account by setting a username and password. The customer’s details are then stored in the user account to facilitate shopping. All data is stored by our Privacy Policy
The delivery period is an indicative period and is not an essential element of the contract. A change in the delivery period shall not be a condition for withdrawal from the contract.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages:
If a package is returned or not collected by the customer, the seller has the right to:

- Deduct any payment provider fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) from the refund amount,
- Charge additional costs for handling and return of the package.
The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of confirmation of the order by the provider (at the moment of receipt of the email “Your order has been accepted!”).
The concluded order/contract is stored electronically by the company. Contracts and invoices are stored in accordance with the law and are available to buyers at the company’s headquarters in case of a forwarded request (a few days before the visit). The customer can request a copy in pdf format via our contact address info@ho-me-so.com.For copies of contracts (invoices, delivery notes) older than two years, the company may charge an issue fee.
We treat accepted orders as irrevocable. The Buyer may cancel the order without any further obligation between the time the order is placed and the time the Buyer receives an e-mail notification that the order is in progress.
4. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of placing the order, without providing a reason. The withdrawal form is available here.
Conditions for Withdrawal:

- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- The customer bears the return shipping costs.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Refund Process:
The seller will process the refund within 15 days of receiving the returned item, reduced by any applicable payment provider fees or handling costs.
5. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTIES
Customers may submit complaints for:

- Damaged goods upon delivery,
- Incorrectly delivered products,
- Products that do not match their description or specifications.
Complaint Procedure:
Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@ho-me-so.com. The seller will address the complaint within 8 business days and inform the customer of the resolution.
Warranties:
Warranties are provided in accordance with applicable laws. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the products.
6. DATA PROTECTION
The seller is committed to protecting customers’ personal data in accordance with GDPR and Slovenian legislation. Collected data is used solely for:

- Handling complaints or inquiries.

7. SELLER’S LIABILITY
The seller is not liable for:
- Costs arising from unpaid customs charges,
- Damage to products after delivery,
- Improper use of products,
- Health issues or allergic reactions resulting from product ingredients (all ingredients are listed on the website).
8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The seller adheres to all applicable consumer protection laws and will strive to resolve any disputes amicably. Complaints may be submitted to:

The seller hereby informs customers that it does not recognize any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider as competent for resolving consumer disputes that a customer may initiate in accordance with the Slovenian Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes.
If no amicable resolution is reached, the dispute will be resolved by the District Court of Ljubljana. Slovenian law applies to all transactions.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Due to the nature of doing business on the Internet, the offer of the online shop changes and is updated quickly and frequently. Despite our best efforts to provide up-to-date and accurate information, the possibility of incorrect price or availability information cannot be excluded.
In these rare cases, or in cases where the price or delivery status changes during the processing of the order itself, the seller will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase or offer the best possible solution to the situation
